液態法_立體光學固化 (Stereolithography,Vat Polymerization;SLA,VP)

製造過程分為以下幾個步驟 :

  1. 液態的光學高分子(photo-polymer)被填入大型容器(vat)中
  2. 能量光束(紫外線或雷射)聚焦後被導入最上層的液面
  3. 液態的光學高分子吸收能量後,產生化學反應形成交連(crosslinking),然後固化成形
  4. 等凝固完畢後,升降載台(platform)下降一個層厚,繼續重複一開始的步驟。
  5. 重複上述步驟直到成品完成,即可停止。
